The bilevel unit features a wide hallway centered with the unit from the foyer straight to the rear deck. Off the foyer to the left are maid quarters and a spice kitchen. To the right are the open riser stairs, elevator and full bathroom. The bilevel suite offers a full size swimming pool, and the nearby full bathroom is a welcome option for visitors to use after a dip in their hosts pool.

From the side entry, guest are greeted by a long exterior hall purposely designed to house shade loving garden plants. At the end of this hall, guests will enter the rear “yard” at the pool deck. A few steps down straight ahead is the lower deck, where all the action happens. Rather than peering onto open railing and neighbors below, there is a lush garden area nestled against the railing, contributing to privacy, tranquility and giving back to the original landscape of the project.

Occupants can choose how the wish to access the upper floor, either via the open riser stairs or via the elevator. To the right of both the elevator and the top of the stairs are the primary and secondary suites. To the left is a large open great room with an additional 2 suites accessed off of it. There’s always room for friends and family in this unit!

Floor to ceiling glass greets the owner as the enter their private retreat. A massive bedroom with room for a separate area to sit back and read while enjoying the view. Owners will find no shortage of closet space for all their gear. The ensuite features a double vanity, shower, freestanding tub and separate water closet area.

An additional 3 suites are located on the upper floor. The secondary suite offers a full floor to ceiling glass wall adjacent to the primary suite overlooking the rear “yard” with outstanding views. Suite 3 is suited for a queen size bed and located just off the top of the stairs. Suite 4 is located to the left of the great room. It is the largest, suited for either a king size with room to spare, or a pair of twin size beds. All suites include a full ensuite, so no waiting in line for the water closet or shower here!
