The Rise at Monterrazas is an unapparelled feat of design and engineering created by LLG Architects. The architects and designers put a great amount of thought into the clients needs while preserving the beauty of the surrounding area. Currently under construction, the 19 storey, 146 unit, luxury complex is modelled after the rice terraces common to it’s location. As a student of architectural design, this project screams beauty, innovation and an overwhelming amount of attention to detail. The Rise at Monterrazas in Cebu, Philippines is nothing less than a work of art inspired by green design and sustainability, something that I firmly believe should be at the core of all designs going forward. It has been a privilege to undertake the challenge of re-creating this project from scratch. Revit was used to build the model itself, while Sketchbook, Twin Motion, and Lumion were utilized to render the various views.
